Public offer

This page is a public offer by Kharchuk Yevhen Mykolaiovych, sole proprietor (FOP) registered in Ukraine (tax ID 3233027619, "the Seller"), to provide the "AI script and reel analysis" service on the terms set out here. The Seller's details and contacts are on the Contacts page.

The contract is concluded when you pay for analyses on the WayForPay page, or start a free or voucher analysis. By paying or starting an analysis you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

Prices on the English site are set in US dollars (USD), and on the Ukrainian and Russian versions in hryvnias (UAH). The price is fixed at the moment of payment and charged in the currency shown. If your card is in another currency, your bank sets the exchange rate and any conversion fee.

Payment methods: bank card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the WayForPay payment service.

Delivery: an analysis starts when you press Start the analysis, or right after payment if you paid for a specific script or reel. The report is usually ready in 1-2 minutes, or in a few minutes for a reel analysed with its video; it appears on the analysis page and in My analyses, and no separate email is sent. If the report is not ready within 2 hours, the analysis is cancelled and the credit, free analysis or voucher returns automatically.

The Seller may change these terms by publishing a new version on this page; credits already paid for stay under the version in force at the time of payment. Disputes are settled by negotiation, failing that under the laws of Ukraine. These terms do not limit your rights as a consumer under the law.

What this service is

Reel Script Check analyzes the text of a short-video script, or a reel that is already made - from a link or an uploaded file - and returns a report: a second-by-second retention map, the main problems, recommendations and, where there is something to rewrite, a new version of the text.

A script is assessed from its text alone. A reel is assessed from its words and, when we manage to get the video, from its picture and sound too: the first seconds, framing, colour and on-screen text. The analysis never rates how people in the frame look.

The report is the model's estimate, not measured views. Real retention also depends on what the model cannot see: for a script, delivery and editing; for any video, the audience and who the platform shows it to. So the report is a guide, not a guarantee of views.

What we store

The email you enter in the form. It ties analyses and paid credits to you and receives your sign-in code.

The script you send or, for a reel, its link or the uploaded file's name, the words from the video with timecodes and the goal of the reel; and the finished report, so you can come back to it by link or through My analyses.

The video itself - uploaded by you or fetched from a link - is kept only while it waits for its analysis and while the analysis runs; how long exactly is under How long it is kept. For an uploaded video we also keep its size, length and fingerprint (a checksum of the start and end of the file), so one video is not analysed twice and upload volume can be limited.

Technical data: the site language you chose, request time and a keyed hash of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse. The IP address itself is not stored.

Payment and credit records: email, pack, amount, date, order number and payment status, plus the history of credits added and spent.

How the site is used: a random identifier in a cookie and what happens on its pages — which pages were opened, how far they were scrolled, which buttons and questions were clicked, whether a form was sent. The script text and the contents of form fields are not part of these records. When you sign in or send a form, they are linked to your email, so one person's path across devices reads as one. They exist to find where the site is hard to use, are not shared with third parties and are deleted after 180 days.

What we never do with your text and video

We do not publish them or show them to other users.

We do not use your scripts or videos to train models.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Who receives data so the service can work

Cloudflare - hosting, database and temporary storage for videos: a video sits there while it waits for its analysis and while the analysis runs, and is compressed there for the analysis.

OpenRouter and the model provider (currently Google) - they receive the script text and the optional form fields: who the video is for, what to leave untouched and the goal of the reel. For a reel, also its words with timecodes and, when we manage to get it, the video itself with its sound. OpenRouter is set to route requests only to providers whose terms say they neither keep them nor train models on them.

Brevo or Resend - delivery of sign-in codes.

TranscriptFetch - only when you paste a video link yourself: the link goes there, the spoken text comes back. Your script, email and the other form fields are not sent to it.

Apify - only for a reel sent by link, when the analysis looks at the video itself: the link goes there and the video comes back. The copies left at Apify in the process are deleted as soon as we have the video. Your email, script and the other form fields are not sent to it.

WayForPay - payment processing. Card details are entered on the WayForPay page and never pass through us; we do not store even the masked card number.

Who is responsible for your data, and your rights

The controller of your personal data is Kharchuk Yevhen Mykolaiovych, sole proprietor (details on the Contacts page). We process data to perform our contract with you - analyses, payment, sign-in - and analytics to make the site easier to use.

Some of the contractors listed above process data on servers outside Ukraine, including in the US and the EU.

You have the right to learn what data about you is stored, to correct or delete it, to object to processing, and to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Send requests to hello@reel-script-check.com.

How long it is kept

Analyses and scripts are kept while you use the service. Write to us and within seven days we delete the account, every script and report, and the link between your email and the analytics records. Unused credits are cancelled with the account, so you may first ask for a refund under the rules below.

Videos - uploaded by you or fetched from a link - are deleted right after the analysis, including when the analysis fails. An uploaded video whose analysis is never started is deleted within 7 days at the latest, or at once, together with the analysis, if you delete that analysis in My analyses. The copies at Apify are deleted as soon as we have the video. Should automatic deletion fail, the storage rules back it up: working copies of a video are gone within a day, and an uploaded video within 8 days.

Payment and credit records are not deleted: tax accounting requires them, so they are kept for at least 1095 days, as the Tax Code of Ukraine provides.

Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes.

Payment, credits and vouchers

One credit is one analysis. Credits are tied to your email and never expire.

Every email address confirmed with a sign-in code gets one free analysis, used before any paid credits.

A voucher gives one free analysis, can be used once, and expires as stated when it was issued.

The free analysis and vouchers are not refundable in money.

Refunds and cancelling a payment

Unused credits can be refunded in money if you write to us within 14 calendar days of payment; no reason needed. Credits are spent in the order they were added, oldest first. The refund is the price actually paid for the pack, divided by the number of analyses in it, times the number of that pack's credits left unused. For example, if 2 analyses of a 5-analysis pack were used, we refund 3/5 of the price paid. After 14 days credits are not refunded in money, but they do not expire either.

A used credit - an analysis that finished with a report - counts as a service delivered: by starting an analysis you agree that the service is performed at once, and once the report is ready the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies to that credit. If the report is defective - for example empty, cut off or not about your script or reel - write to us within 14 days and we return the credit or the money for it, as you choose.

If an analysis fails, the credit, the free analysis or the voucher (if it has not expired) returns to your account automatically; no request is needed.

To request a refund, write to hello@reel-script-check.com with the email the purchase was made under, the payment date and amount, and, for a used credit, what went wrong.

We reply within 3 business days. Once approved, the money goes back through WayForPay to the same card the payment came from, in full, with no fees withheld. We do not refund to another card or in cash. When it arrives depends on the bank that issued the card, usually 1 to 30 days. Refunded credits are removed from the account.

Cancelling a payment: nothing is charged until you confirm the payment on the WayForPay page, so closing that page is enough. If you were charged twice, the duplicate charge is refunded in full. If the number of paid analyses in My analyses did not go up after payment, write to us and we add them by hand.

What you may not do

Send texts or upload videos you have no rights to, or material that breaks the law.

Automate bulk requests or work around the limits and the voucher system.
